Join us each Friday at NoRa's Library for some family-friendly time.  Each week we will offer a different family focus from family-friendly games to reading time to to special kid-friendly activities.  Check our website or social media for the focus for each Friday.

Open each week to reserve for community, group, school or organization meet-ups.  An online reservation system will be set up shortly.  In the meantime, send an e-mail to info@noracafenc.com with the subject "Meet-up Monday" to reserve.  There is no fee to reserve or rent but charges will be assessed if space is not cleaned and vacated by closing.  

Tuesday evenings we are opening up The Library for anyone who wants to play Mahjong.  This is not a NoRa-sponsored event but rather a time for people who are looking for space to play to come and play.  Feel free to come and play your own game or meet others who are playing.

Games must wrap-up at 7:30 to ensure Library is vacated by closing at 8 pm.

There is no cost for this and tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

As part of our Silent Thursday Club - the second and fourth Thursday of every month will be dedicated to those struggling, aspiring or already successful writers who need a quiet space and a dedicated time to work.  Like our Silent Book Club that is held on alternate Thursdays, Silent Writers Club will provide a quiet space specifically for writers.  The doors will be closed from 5 pm to close so that you can have uninterrupted quiet time.  

Every first Thursday of the month, join us for Silent Book Club.  This is your chance to have some quiet time to read but to do it with others in our warm, inviting Library at NoRa.

For Family Friday night at NoRa, Color-Up Nail Bar is going to setting up a travelling nail salon at NoRa's Library from 6 pm to 8 pm on Friday November 30th.  Kids 12 and under can get their nails done with a gel manicure for $20.  NoRa will be offering drink discounts for families participating in the event.  You must register for a guaranteed spot.  If available, Color-Up will take walk-ins during the event.  Children over 12 can get a manicure for an additional fee.
