Online art auction to benefit Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC
Thanks to all of the artists who contributed to NoRa's second annual Community Art Wall. We are now transitioning to our first community charity art auction. We will have an online auction from July 1st through July 15th where we will be auctioning off a variety of work donated by some local artists.

NoRa Cafe is excited to present our Community Art Charity Auction, featuring original works from talented local artists who participated in our Second Annual Community Art Wall Exhibition.
This special event celebrates our local creative community while raising funds for the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina.

Beginning July 1, you'll be able to browse every piece, read about the artists, and place bids online directly from the auction website.
How the Auction Works
The auction is entirely online, allowing anyone to participate whether you're visiting NoRa or bidding from home.
When you visit NoRa Cafe, each piece of artwork will have a QR code displayed beside it. Simply scan the QR code with your phone to be taken directly to that artwork's auction page, where you can:
- View additional information about the artwork and artist
- See the current highest bid
- Place or update your bid
- Follow the auction until it closes

Supporting Two Great Causes
When you purchase artwork through the Community Art Charity Auction, you're supporting both local artists and our neighbors in need.
Unless otherwise noted by the artist:
- 50% of the final winning bid goes directly to the artist.
- 50% of the final winning bid is donated to the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina to help provide meals and assistance to families throughout our region.
Every bid supports local creativity while helping fight hunger in our community.
Join Us for the Auction Closing Celebration

Wednesday, July 15
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
The Library at NoRa Cafe
Throughout the afternoon and evening, we'll celebrate the artists, our community, and the impact we've made together as we close bidding on each piece of artwork.
The closing event will feature:
- Live closing of each artwork's online auction
- Specials on food and drinks
- One last opportunity to view the artwork before it goes home with the winning bidders
- A chance to meet fellow art lovers, artists, and community members while supporting a great cause
