• Build Your Own Breakfast Sandwich

  You can make your own breakfast sandwich by choosing any combination of egg, cheese (cheddar, american, Uncle Chris' pimento cheese) and bacon on your choice of Michael's English Muffin (plain, rosemary olive or cranberry) or on a Liege waffle. For those needing a gluten free option, you can choose one of JP's gluten free biscuits (plain or cheese).

• Liege Waffle

  This is NOT your usual waffle. The Liege waffle is made from a brioche dough (not batter) and is infused with pearl sugar imported from Belgium. The waffle is cooked on an imported, cast-iron waffle iron from Belgium. When the waffle dough ball is cooked at 350 degrees fahrenheit, the pearl sugar (which is made from carmelized beets) melts inside the waffle causing the waffle to be both sweeter and softer than your traditional Brussels-style waffle. This is an experience we guarantee you won't forget. While traditionally a street food in Belgium and served plain, you can choose to get some toppings on it. Just ask the barista what options are available. We do ask you to hold off on syrup until you've tasted so it doesn't get too sweet.
